We did experience minor inconveniences such as a lack of hangers in the wardrobe and unreliable wifi. the heating system needed adjusting and the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The first thing we loved was the yummy breakfast with a variety of food, including fresh fruits and veggies. the room was spacious and clean, with a spectacular view of the nearby forest trails. The location was perfect for us, as we could easily visit the nearby attractions.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues we faced. the heating in the room was not sufficient, and we felt cold most of the time.
